Got my students to write me their thoughts on what love meant to them last week... a journalling exercise.

we should do it while we still can.
recently a few of my frens start to go... irrespective of age. i have decided to put more effort in my spiritual journey before it is too late. during my recent hospital stay, they found me to have 115/75, 72 pulse rate, low sugar etc but age is catching up :)
wasted so many years thinking myself not good enough for a spiritual journey :)
