besides the usual food & drinks.....
or singing the birthday song around the cake .......
i think the kids love it more when they can interact...
like shooting each other with water pistols!!

I was an uptight kid so I didn't play like that during my birthday celebrations except for the usual games like musical chair and What Is The Time Mr. Wolf?
