hands-on

he likes to get his fingers into stuff. like using the tool box & pretending to repair things. the other day, he saw me use the timer-mode of the digicam to take a family shot & asked me how to get into this mode.

yesterday, he got a new bicycle & without bothering anyone, he took this photo of himself & the 2-wheeler.....

hmm...not bad for a 1st timer, huh?

he already has this for a toy....

...& i think he'd want the real thing for a future birthday gift.

he's what i'd call a hands-on guy.

He's cute and I'm sure he'll turn out to be a hands on guy in the future. Maybe an engineer like what Jem said.

:D

Jems,

actually he prefers to be called Bob The Builder or Handy Manny, after the 2 cartoon characters.

Mich,

he's usually shy with strangers at 1st, but once he knows you well, he gets real friendly. he'll even hug you & kiss you on the cheek!!

Kyels,

at the moment, he's just happy being the Fix-It Tool Guy.

Mich,

he has never spent a day or nite without his parents, so i don't think that's going to happen.

Hands-on , huh? So he takes after you?

Sorry to burst the bubble for some of the comments, but hubby here is a civil engineer and NOT hands-on at all?

Just me,

nope, i'm far from being hands-on.

& it takes all sorts to be in a profession. like, do you think all medics are fearless when it comes to blood & needles? i'm actually quite scared stiff if someone were to take blood samples from me (but i try not to show it!)
